Colors:

Please provide a color match print to get the best possible results. All black text and black background fills must be four color process ( c:60 m:60 y:50 k:100) PMS colors will be matched to a pantone book not the computer screen. Remember to use official Pantone color chips when selecting spot colors. Photoshop files should be created in CMYK default Photoshop color space.

Size:

All layouts must be proportionate to the final output size. All bleeds must be included in the document size. When setting files in vector based software, such as Adobe Illustrator, the file may be of any size since it is infinitely scalable, as long as it is proportionate. If vector art is not available please send file in a proportioned high resolution file.

Remember to Include:

All printer fonts and all screen fonts. Convert all text to outlines whenever possible.

Please Keep in Mind:

Turn off all overprinting and trapping options. Send only files needed. Extra infromation on the disk results in extra prepress time trying to determine what is needed to produce project. If extra files are on the disk, then please highlight the ones that will be needed. If any of the above requirements are not met, additional prepress charges may be added
